Profile

I’ve been obsessed with design since I discovered my dad’s record collection when I was 5 years old. Early in my career I was a lead designer at JDate.com, I founded and edited a music blog, and worked in design studios. I took a design role at Apple in 2008, and then in 2011, I joined Google as a design lead on the Gmail team.

In 2013, I founded a product studio called OM. The studio’s clients include Airbnb, Google, Stripe, Duolingo, Volkswagen, Instagram, Meta, Nextdoor, Toast, Walmart, and YouTube.

I live in San Francisco and maintain a freelance design practice, which is what this website is all about.
